What Is Home Watch?

Home Watch is a proactive service designed for homeowners who are away from their property for extended periods. Our team conducts scheduled visits to look for visible signs of issues that may otherwise go unnoticed—water leaks, HVAC concerns, storm damage, security issues, pest activity, maintenance needs, and other changes to the condition of your home.

If we find something that needs attention, you hear from us. And when a problem requires a professional, we can help coordinate the appropriate vendor and provide access to your property when needed.

We don't rent your home, manage tenants, or make decisions on your behalf. We're your local eyes and ears.
